Harmonicas For Health

Harmonicas For Health is an beginner class for community members with chronic lung disease to learn how to play the harmonica. This monthly 1.5 hour class will teach techniques to learn to play a harmonica but also improve your lung function and strengthen your respiratory muscles to help you breathe better. A harmonica will be provided to participants who can make a serious commitment to practice at home and do assignments. Additional virtual lessons may be available on other dates.
